You don’t need experience, your own equipment or knowledge of the rules, just bring yourself and we’ll help you get started.

Our coaching evenings with Ray are a great introduction to lawn bowls.
Whether you’re learning the basics or looking to improve your skills, our experienced members will help you understand the game and build confidence on the green.

2026 Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions usually run on Wednesday evenings at 5:30pm. Please stay tuned for specific dates while we work out our 2026-2027 Coaching Schedule.
Twilight Bowls
Our Twilight Bowls tournaments are a fun and social way to experience competitive bowls without the pressure.
Held twice each year:
- November before Christmas
- February after Christmas
Teams of four compete in a relaxed atmosphere, making it ideal for new players, social members and anyone wanting to give bowls a go.
Casual Roll-Ups
Sometimes the best way to learn is simply to have a go. As a Social or Full time member, you are welcome to head to the club during the week or on the weekends during daylight hours and use the rinks on a green that is free. If you don’t have your own bowls, we have a selection available for you. Find out more by signing up!
